The Pastry Ranch

THE PASTRY RANCH IS HERE! We are a beautiful, 3BR/2.5BA Vacation Rental Home in the heart of McMinnville, the practically perfect Oregon town.

Within a 10-minute walk of the house are 10 excellent wineries, 3 brewpubs serving hand-crafted beers, and a dozen restaurants that range from exquisite fine-dining to family-friendly diners. There are 250 wineries within 20 miles of your front door. We love our town and want to share it with you.

We are Jim Gullo, an author and journalist who has written extensively about the food and wine scene in Oregon, and his wife Kris, the former manager of the thriving McMinnville Downtown Association. We know all of the people and places that make this area so much fun to visit, and are happy to help you plan your trip.

And of course, you can’t have a Pastry Ranch without great baked goods! We’re crazy avid bakers, and there will always be something good to eat when you come to stay with us. Besides that, if you love to bake you will find everything you need in the house to make your own baked goods, from loaf pans and muffin tins to mixers and spatulas. We’ll take good care of any leftovers. No takebacks!
